Returns and Refunds Policy

At Maneworld, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature
of our hair products, all sales are final. This means:
We do not offer exchanges or refunds, unless the product is defective or has a
quality issue.

Reporting Quality Issues:

If you believe there is a flaw with your hair extensions, you have 30 days from the
date of purchase to report any concerns. After this period, your order will no
longer be eligible for a return or refund.
To report any issues, please contact us at info@shopmaneworld.com with your full
name, order number, and details of the issue.
We will respond within 24-48 hours.

Please note: Repeated chemical treatments, such as bleaching, can weaken hair
extensions and affect their durability. This is not considered a product flaw, as the
outcome of such treatments depends on the stylist’s discretion and technique.

Return & Exchange Process:

1. Upon reporting a concern, we may request photos or videos for assessment.
2. If necessary, we will ask for the product to be returned for a detailed
inspection.
3. Should a defect be confirmed, we will offer an exchange or refund.
4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product
received is incorrect or defective.

For high-value returns, we recommend using tracked shipping. Maneworld is not
responsible for any lost returns, so we strongly suggest using a reliable shipping
method. Please include your order number and full name inside the parcel.

Return Timeframe:

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 28 days of reporting a product
flaw. If the product is not returned within this timeframe, your eligibility for a refund
or exchange will be forfeited.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We inspect all products before shipment. If you receive a damaged or incorrect
item, please contact us immediately, and we will rectify the situation promptly.
